Dexter + Chaney, a Microsoft® Certified Partner, has developed two unique classes designed to show you how easy it is to create your own Spectrum™ Info-Link reports with Microsoft® Office. You will learn how to create reusable forms and letters in Word, and spreadsheets and pivot tables in Excel. 

Spectrum + Microsoft® Office 

During this class, you will learn how to clean up your Spectrum data, create reusable month-end spreadsheets, filter and sort your data, build your own Spectrum forms and tables, create Payroll and Job Cost Pivot Tables, and much more! 

You will learn how to use Spectrum's Info-Link module while you build reports you can use back at the office. 

Spectrum + Microsoft® Office: Advanced 

After learning the basics of the Spectrum database and Microsoft® Query, attend this advanced level class to learn how to create your own Spectrum database views in SQL Server. During this important hands-on class, you work will learn how to create custom SQL Server views to extract individual columns of information from the Spectrum database tables. You will discover how you can protect sensitive and critical information such as social security numbers and employee earnings from unauthorized access. 

This class also shows you how to integrate Spectrum's standard and unlimited user-defined fields into your spreadsheets, forms, and reports. 

Prerequisite: Dexter + Chaney's Spectrum + Microsoft® Office class or instructor permission
