Scheduling employees and equipment

Ensuring that equipment and employee resources are properly utilized and available when needed is key to job profitability. The Schedule Employees and Equipment screen allows you to schedule employee and equipment assignments.

Crew theory

Crews are automatically dissolved when employees are assigned to another job or are unassigned from the current job. Reassigning the crew leader does not change the crew members assigned to the job. Rather, moving the crew leader only assigns that person elsewhere! It's now easy to assign crews, crew leaders and move them around as needed.

Equipment moves

It's easy to see what equipment has been scheduled, and if it's been done properly! Color coded icons indicate whether it is an inbound or an outbound move. Equipment is assigned to the proper job, and alerts notify you if the assignment job is different than the move job, or if the assignment date is different than the move date, and even if the gross weight of the equipment exceeds the maximum load for the mover!

E-Mail Schedule Changes

Send e-mails to vendors and employees with scheduling information easily and automatically! Use filters within the software to decide which information you want to send to which people. These settings are easily customizable and can be saved for easy reuse.

Managing Time Entry

Resource scheduling allows you to print sheets by job or crew and gives you the ability to enter payroll time into Spectrum, quickly and efficiently.

Scheduling Board

The Scheduling Board not only gives you a graphical representation of where your resources are, it can also be used to schedule employees and equipment.
