Spectrum's Sales Analysis module gives you access to all of the information needed to effectively monitor the company's sales efforts. This module works in concert with the Order Processing module. Every line item in each invoice/credit memo is also recorded in Sales Analysis, allowing a very detailed analysis of all sales related issues. Sales Analysis automatically provides valuable information that was previously expensive and time consuming to pull together.
Customers, customer type, items carried, units sold, category volumes, dollar amounts, costs of goods sold, gross margins including percentages, salespeople, commissions and much more, are tracked. The user decides which types of information to include in reports and how detailed the presentation of this information should be.

Customer/Item Detail Sales Analysis Report:
Provides a completely flexible approach to printing sales analysis figures. Information may be as detailed or as summarized as needed and may be printed for any date range specified. The report includes units, sales figures, cost and margin information and clearly indicates which items have been sold to which customers.
Monthly Comparative Sales Analysis Summary Report:
Concise comparative information about sales activities is provided for each month. Current and prior year amounts for the same month are compared, as are variance amounts and percentages.
Sales Ranking Report:
Dollar volumes by customer are shown for any date range specified. A minimum and/or maximum dollar amount may be specified, and the report may also be sorted by customer or by sales amount.
Monthly Summary Sales Analysis Report:
Presents a six month summarization of sales for any period stored on the system. The report includes units, sales figures, cost and margin information. The report may be sorted by customer or by item (which also shows which customers made each purchase).
