Spectrum's Esti-Link module can be used as a link between your estimating program and Spectrum. Esti-Link provides a fully automated method of transferring estimates to Job Cost, where job detail is automatically created. The job is set up in Job Cost, subcontracts are set up in Accounts Payable / Subcontract Management, and the contract is set up in Accounts Receivable. Manual re-entry of estimates in Spectrum is eliminated! Time is saved and accuracy is improved.
Esti-Link is a powerful tool, allowing full integration between the Spectrum accounting system and the estimating system your company uses. Esti-Link may be used with many commercial estimating packages, as well as estimating spreadsheets such as Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, and Quatro Pro.

- If the Cost Plus or Time + Material pricing methods are used, the job will automatically be set up in the Time + Material module.
