Spectrum's Confidential Payroll provides all of the features of the regular Payroll module. Additionally, complete security for selected employee payroll and personnel records is ensured. Paychecks are printed separately. Reports are separate from general payroll reports. No double entry work on the General Ledger or tax reporting is needed.

- Confidential salaries are reflected in the General Ledger, but do not get paid or reported through the Payroll module.
- Confidential payroll expense and liability information posts in summary form to the main company general ledger.
- A separate company is set up to maintain the confidentiality of selected employee payroll.
- For security reasons, an election can be made to not show hourly rates during pre-time card entry or on pre-time card edit listings. Confidential Payroll appears on Certified Payroll reports by either job title or wage code.
- All payroll records are stored in the confidential company to maintain security.
- Works in conjunction with the Payroll module.
- Reports can be run separately for Payroll and Confidential Payroll. An option is available to run this information in the same report with confidential employee names not shown.
- Integrates with General Ledger, Payroll and Job Cost modules, which reduces input time and ensures accuracy.
