What is Auto-Signature Check Printing?
This custom program will automatically print the signature on your Payroll and Accounts Payable checks. Spectrum™ auto-signature checks are modified Crystal Report files programmed to print a signature on the check from a bitmap file.
Security
To ensure secure access to the bitmap signature, the file must be located on the workstation printing the checks. This allows the client to restrict check printing to a specific workstation or multiple workstations. In addition, there is a security option to require a password prior to printing the auto-signature checks.
The newest addition to this program allows you to set a dollar limit on Accounts Payable Auto-Signature Checks. Any checks in excess of the limit amount entered will print without a signature. Also, if you'd like to have the signature bitmap file located on a floppy diskette or a CD, the link to the image can be easily modified. Instructions on how to create the signature bitmap file are included with the program. Crystal Auto-Signature Check Printing can be used in conjunction with the Crystal MICR Check Printing program.
