Once you’ve decided to implement Spectrum, you’ll be assigned a designated project manager. Working closely with you throughout the implementation, your project manager will develop a plan to meet your goals and timeline, direct all Dexter + Chaney personnel involved, and supervise each step including scheduling, installation, data conversion, testing, going live and training your team how to make the most of Spectrum’s capabilities.
