SEATTLE, Dec. 6, 2011:: Construction software provider Dexter + Chaney will display its Spectrum® Construction Software at AHR Expo January 23-25 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Visitors to the Dexter + Chaney booth (#3142 in the North Hall) will learn how Spectrum’s service management solutions help HVAC/R contractors throughout the United States manage their complex service operations.

Spectrum helps customers receive quick responses to their service requests from knowledgeable personnel in the easiest manner possible. It allows dispatchers to handle service calls more quickly and effectively by providing access to previous work orders, photos, wiring diagrams and other critical information. Spectrum also provides field technicians with more information, fewer interruptions and an easy method to complete their “paperwork” in a powerful and easy-to-use system that they can access throughout their work day.

Dexter + Chaney also has announced that, in early 2012, it will release a new version of Spectrum that will operate in a browser and be very easy to use. Spectrum Version 14 will include many new features and will be accessible via any web browser from any location using any Internet-connected device.
