Mix of home-grown new features and Technology Partner Solutions Giving Spectrum Users a more Complete Construction ERP

SEATTLE, January 11, 2016: Dexter + Chaney, the leader in cloud-based construction ERP software, is pleased to announce that it will be showcasing a number of new enhancements to its Spectrum® Construction Software at the World of Concrete trade show in Las Vegas January 17-20, 2017 (Booth #C4149 at the Las Vegas Convention Center).

Among the new features are an open API environment that allows virtually any other software package the ability to easily integrate with Spectrum to gain deeper levels of business intelligence, data analysis and reporting; and of special interest to World of Concrete attendees, the new Spectrum Ticketing solution.

Spectrum Ticketing provides a unified web, mobile and scale house solution for bulk material weight ticketing, completely integrated with Spectrum’s accounting functionality. The system provides centrally-managed control and real-time views into companies scale and material production data using a standard internet connection.

Spectrum Ticketing is comprised of four components:

  • A web portal—The portal provides centralized management, dashboard, reporting and data integration of scale house, kiosk and mobile locations
  • A Scale-House PC client—This is a native Windows 10 application providing complete order, truck, and customer management at the scale-house, along with weigh ticket printing and connection to up to six scales
  • An unattended kiosk—This kiosk provides driver-enabled self-service ticketing with centralized management and updates
  • A mobile ticketing application—This platform offers smartphone-based ticketing using rugged mobile printer, and offers real-time synchronization and centralized management

“We developed Spectrum Ticketing to take advantage of the benefits of cloud computing and provide a materials management solution that streamlines and simplifies processes,” said Dexter + Chaney Vice President of Strategy Scott Rosenbloom. “The ability to see, in real time, your materials costs and usage, with the ability to drill down into individual trucks, orders or customers to view load tickets, will give users a competitive edge.”

At the show, Dexter + Chaney will also be joined by one of its many new technology partners—TopBuilder Solutions. TopBuilder helps commercial contractors win more jobs quicker and easier by combining construction specific CRM, lead management, customizable follow-up plans, drip campaigns, branded email marketing and a construction newsletter all in one, integrated, easy-to-use, affordable web-based solution. TopBuilder representatives will be demoing their solution at Dexter + Chaney’s booth.

Dexter + Chaney will also be giving away rubber balls with a specific URL where attendees can enter to win an iPad. The company also intends to give out a free iPad each afternoon (Tuesday through Thursday) at its booth.
