SEATTLE, Sept. 8, 2015: Dexter + Chaney, providers of Spectrum® Construction Software, is a key sponsor for two of the Construction Financial Management Association’s upcoming regional conferences. Dexter + Chaney is sponsoring and exhibiting at the CFMA’s Southwest Regional Conference, Sept. 13-15 in Long Beach, Calif. A little more than a week later, the company will sponsor and exhibit at the CFMA’s 2015 Lone Star Conference, Sept. 24-25 in The Woodlands, Texas.

The CFMA Southwest Conference brings together members of the organization’s San Diego, Orange County, Calif., Las Vegas, Albuquerque and Valley of the Sun (Phoenix) chapters for a series of educational sessions and networking events geared for construction financial professionals. The Lone Star Conference, features similar courses and networking events for the Houston, Central Texas, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio and Heart of Texas CFMA chapters. Dexter + Chaney will also be sponsoring the keynote speaker, James Spellos of MeetingU.

“The CFMA is one of the best organizations for professionals in our industry—many of whom are our own clients,” said John Chaney, Dexter + Chaney’s CEO and co-founder. “That’s why it’s important for us to support the CFMA, not just at its national level, but at the regional and local levels as well.”

Chaney added that some of the best insight into the construction industry’s financial and operational trends comes from Dexter + Chaney’s involvement with the CFMA and that its members have also been crucial to providing feedback on technology and helping to influence future software developments. “The CFMA has been an invaluable resource for this industry and that’s why we’re proud to have supported it over the years.”

The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is “The Source & Resource for Construction Financial Excellence” and the only nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the educational needs of today's construction financial professionals.
