Experienced Leadership

The first step in our partnership is assigning a dedicated Project Manager to your company. Working closely with you throughout the implementation, your Project Manager will develop a plan to meet your goals and timeline, direct all Dexter + Chaney personnel involved, and supervise each step including scheduling, installation, data conversion, testing, going live and training your team how to make the most of Spectrum’s capabilities.

On-site Expertise

New clients will also receive a seasoned software conversion specialist, on site, to work directly with you and your staff. Your conversion specialist will bring CPA credentials and extensive, hands-on experience implementing Spectrum. Working closely with your staff, he or she will help tailor the software to your company’s way of doing business, guide you through the conversion, help train your staff, assist with data conversion and manage the many details of the implementation.
