Spectrum is a versatile a tool to manage labor, materials and equipment. By entering daily production output (linear feet, yards, tons, etc.) you can evaluate installed cost-per-unit relative to your estimates, and you can estimate cost-to-complete at your current production rate. You can compare Crew A with Crew B, and contrast different times or conditions on the job-site. With Spectrum you can identify factors which contribute to efficiency and productivity.
Leverage at Close Out
Spectrum enables you to go into meetings with leverage, armed with correspondence logs, RFI and submittal tracking, change order history. Use the Correspondence Log to manage punch lists. It can also help you control the closeout process from start to finish. And Document Imaging will house all your closeout documents for security and easy access. Your closeout will be more organized and more effective since you’ll have instant access to backup documentation to help you protect that important last 10%.
