Dashboard Visibility

Spectrum’s Dashboards are colorful graphic displays of key performance indicators by customer, by project and by activity. You’ll get up-to-the-minute scores for things like job cash flow, schedule variance, committed cost, profit variance, working capital and more. A quick look at your Dashboard reveals which jobs are progressing smoothly and which ones need attention.

Queries Your Way

Spectrum’s Query allows you to monitor what you want, when and how you want, with timely notifications if an action exceeds your specified parameters.

For example, Query can automatically deliver a list of every job where costs on unapproved change orders exceed a percentage of total cost on the job. Or Query can e-mail you with a list of unapproved invoices that have been waiting for approval for more than a specified number of days.

Crystal Reports

Crystal works with all data in Spectrum, allowing you to design and build reports in your choice of formats and terminology. With Crystal it’s easy to select fonts, colors, borders, shading, include pictures, diagrams and tables with cross-tabulations or graphs to deliver financial information clearly. You can publish reports to the Web, export to Word and Excel, or e-mail reports in a range of file formats. Standard Spectrum reports can be modified in Crystal, no need to start over, just change what you like. Your reports can even be part of Spectrum’s report selection list and default by user. Sub-Reports may be embedded in a main report so that you can insert information from different tables with different formats into any section of a report.

Now you can instantly access any doc on any computer using Spectrum - - even at jobsites. Simply click on Spectrum’s “image” button to print, fax or e-mail the document. Document imaging means all company files are protected against loss, fire, and everyday mishandling (and easily backed-up electronically). Document imaging also streamlines the time-consuming annual audit by allowing auditors to view and print what they need from their own offices.
