Automated Invoicing
Spectrum even works with advanced scale systems that automatically take a photo of the driver, load and license plate. When these photos are digitally attached to the ticketing file, Spectrum will capture and store all data in the system for easy retrieval. Then in combination with Spectrum's Order Processing, the ticket files are electronically converted to invoices and billed to clients. Even the process of paying haulers can be automated.

Materials Management also enables flexible customer-specific pricing of materials including standard prices, area prices and contract prices. It’s easy to accommodate varied pricing schedules on products. For batched materials, Spectrum allows for standard and custom mixes per batch. Material Management integrates with Inventory Control and Job Cost for processing materials requisitioned to jobs. It integrates with Order Processing and Accounts Receivable for customer sales.
