Alerts for upcoming maintenance tasks are also visible on the work order entry screen, with full repair history and future-scheduled maintenance tasks easy to view in seconds.

ESS is an electronic monitoring system which collects data using wireless radio frequency devices mounted on each piece of equipment. The system captures a daily log of run times, fuel usage, location and maintenance activities on each piece of equipment. Finally there’s a way for the heavy equipment owner to know and control operating costs.
Maintenance Visibility
The Equipment Service System also helps owners improve maintenance activities and maximize the useful life of each asset, reducing down-time and premature wear. Instead of relying on paperwork in the field, an electronic display indicates all maintenance tasks that are due on any piece of equipment on site. These alerts help technicians to provide servicing in a timely and reliable manner. Upon completing a task, the technician can update service status right on the touch-screen display. The date, time, and any fluids are recorded in the system and the meter starts counting toward the next service. Visibility of hours also allows owners to take full advantage of repairs and servicing under warranty.

Spectrum’s Resource Scheduling module enables you to coordinate all resources for the job; ensuring that equipment, employees and movers are available when and where needed. Resource Scheduling helps you eliminate expensive job delays and unnecessary expenses for renting equipment or hiring temporary workers. Resource Scheduling can automatically send e-mails to notify employees and vendors of schedule information with date, time and location of jobs, even where equipment is to be picked up and delivered.

This Scheduling Board is protected by company-based security, and can be set so that board information is sorted the way you want to see it.
