Norbert Orth, Dexter + Chaney’s President and CEO, joined the team in 2011 and provides the strategic guidance and leadership that keeps Dexter + Chaney at the head of the pack when it comes to client satisfaction and technology innovation. Norbert brings more than 25 years experience from executive leadership roles ranging from large multinational firms to technology start-ups. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of strategic planning and operational execution for Dexter + Chaney products and services. Norbert holds a degree in business from the University of Washington.
John Foley is a former lead solo pilot of the Blue Angels, a Sloan Fellow at Stanford School of Business, a gratitude guru and an expert in the how of High Performance teams. His exciting, rare journey inspires awe, triggering audiences to take action and rethink what they believe is possible. John employs those intense realities as a metaphor to motivate teams and individuals to reach their highest potential while empowering organizations to sustain excellence under dynamic change.
Michael D. Bellaman
Michael D. Bellaman has served as president and CEO of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) since Feb. 1, 2011. In his role, Bellaman leverages the merit shop philosophy to help members develop people, win work and deliver that work safely, ethically and profitably for the betterment of the communities in which they work. Bellaman is committed to helping ABC members and the industry achieve world class safety.

Choose from more than 50 different courses organized into six different learning tracks. This year, we have many brand-new courses, as well as a whole new track for executive level sessions.

We’ve added even more one-on-one training sessions, more computer lab workstations, and a bigger development lab than ever before. You’ll have more chances to work face-to-face with our training, our support, and our development staff.
We are excited to bring you a number of special sessions this year. Keynote speaker John Foley has been recognized as one of the top 10 most in demand motivational speakers. He is a former lead solo pilot of the Blue Angels, a Sloan Fellow at Stanford School of Business, a gratitude guru and an expert in the how of high-performance teams. Hear from Associated Builders & Contractors President and CEO Michael Bellaman, who will deliver the ABC’s Safety Performance Report. Our sessions also include industry technology leaders from Comdata, Infintech, and Materials Management, as well as a focus on CPA and accounting practice leaders from Marcum, Clifton Larson Allen, and Moss Adams. Dexter + Chaney President and CEO Norbert Orth will also present a special session on the company’s growth and direction.

Our signature Thursday night party will surprise and dazzle you this year. Join us at the Fremont Foundry, in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. We have an action-packed evening in store for you, from amazing food and drink to music and entertainment. We’ll have our popular casino tables and amazing raffle prizes back this year, and attendees can dine on gourmet delights while enjoying cocktails. Dance the night away to music, wonder at the eye-catching magic of Nash Fung—a Penn & Teller regular, enjoy the breathtaking aerial performances throughout the venue and get served by the Brewski Bot. And if that’s not enough, take in the sweeping views of Seattle from the rooftop deck and capture your night’s moments with our interactive photo booth.
