The old expression “everything’s bigger in Texas” may be an exaggeration, but not in the case of a major four-level interchange project taken on by Webber LLC. Houston-based Webber, with over 2,000 employees, is used to taking on large, complex projects, but the four-level interchange project joining Texas State Highway 121 (the Sam Rayburn Tollway) with I-75 in Collin County just north of Dallas presented unique challenges.
